Anathem

Subterranean Press put together a limited edition book package of Neal Stephenson’s, Anathem. In this story there is an Orrery. I’m not going to pretend like I knew what the word meant. I had to look it up and I realized I knew what an Orrery was.

My first memory of one was from the Dark Crystal film. It’s basically a clock of the solar system. Showing how the planets move around the sun. I loved the idea of creating one and the building it would live in.

The signature page of book needed a drawing with space in the center for the author to sign the limited edition novel.
